We had our second homestudy visit today and things went well. Noah was very good, and sat in my lap and colored most of the time. Our social worker was very friendly, answered a lot of our questions and we found out that we have the same pediatrician for our kids, which is cool because that means ours has experience with ET adoption! yay! We now have to wait for him to write it up, and unfortunately, he says he has a lot to do, so pray that we are either really patient or that he finds extra time to get them all done quickly! We'll keep you updated with another post once it's all done!
During this week of Thanksgiving we were challenged by our sermon Sunday to write down all that we are thankful for. We have started this list and together with that, and finishing our part of the homestudy, we just feel overwhelmed with God's goodness towards us and excitement for the future. There are uncertainties, but we are confident that God will provide and help us through all the ups and downs. :)
